Every month we raffle off a stay in the Jizera Mountains cottages

Competition Conditions 

• Shop on the e-shop http://ecohaus.cz for more than 899 CZK between October 1st and December 31st, 2024 
• We are drawing 3 stays - each stay for 2 people for 2 nights, the voucher is valid until December 31, 2025
• No later than every 5th.On the day of the month, we draw from the orders that were made in the previous month. 
• Participants agree and commit to creating a promotional video from their stay at Jizerské domky, which will promote the accommodation center Jizerské domky and the EcoHaus paper products. 
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value. 
• We reserve the right to change the prizes. 
• If the winner declines the prize, a new draw will take place. 
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the announcement of the contest or the sending of the email, the organizer EcoHaus reserves the right to conduct a replacement draw.
• Participants in the contest consent to the announcement of their name and surname for the purpose of announcing the winners.

These are the rules for the consumer competition of the online store https://ecohaus.cz/. 

1. Basic provisions

1.1 The organizer of the competition is:

(hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”)

1.2 The subject of these Rules is the complete regulation of the legal relationship between the participant and the Organizer. 

1.3 A shortened version of these rules may be published in promotional or other materials related to the competition, but the full version of the Rules always applies.

2.Duration and Venue of the Competition

2.1 The competition runs from October 1 to December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration of the Competition").

2.2 The competition is not a game of chance according to Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling.

2.3 The competition takes place on the Website.

3. Conditions for Participation in the Competition

3.1 The Organizer will include anyone in the competition who orders and pays for an order through the Website during the Duration of the Competition with a value higher than 899 CZK. Orders that are canceled or not picked up are excluded from the competition. 

3.2 A participant can be a natural person who: 

1. is over 18 years old at the time of participation in the competition,
2. has a delivery address in the territory of the Czech Republic,
3. meets the established rules of the competition.

3.3 Employees of the Organizer and persons close to them according to § 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. are excluded from the competition., Civil Code. If the winner is a person employed by the Organizer or a close person to them, the prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited to the Organizer.

3.4 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants:

1. if the Organizer finds out, or has reasonable suspicion, that they are violating the rules, or
2. do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition, or
3. during the duration of the competition or after its conclusion cease to meet the rules for participation in the competition (especially if they withdraw from a concluded purchase contract).

3.5 Participation in the competition cannot be enforced through legal means.

3.6. By participating in the competition, the participant expresses their consent to the rules and conditions of the competition.

4. Competition mechanics and prizes

4.1 We draw one prize for each month. A total of 3 prizes will be drawn for the period of October, November, and December.The draw for the previous month always takes place by the 5th day of the upcoming month. We draw from orders that were created, paid for, and not canceled during the entire previous month. The organizer will include all valid order numbers made during the previous calendar month in the generator throughout the duration of the competition.

4.2 The organizer reserves the right to change the prizes.

4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value. 

4.4.  If the winner refuses the prize, a new draw will take place. 

4.5. If the winner does not respond within 15 days of the announcement of the competition or the sending of the email, the Ecohaus organizer reserves the right to conduct a replacement draw. 

4.6. Participants in the competition consent to the announcement of their name and surname for the purpose of announcing the winners. 

4.7.The prizes are:

• A stay at the accommodation facility Jizerské domky s.r.o., ID: 09241558 for 2 people for 2 nights. 

4.8 The presence of a notary during the draw is not required. The draw will take place at the Organizer's headquarters in the presence of at least two people.

4.6 Each participant can only enter the competition once, even if they have placed multiple orders during the competition period.

4.7 If the winner refuses the prize, a new draw will be held.

4.8 Participants agree and commit to creating a promotional video from their stay at Jizerské domky, which will promote the accommodation center Jizerské domky and the Ecohaus paper products. 

5. Prizes

5.1 Prizes are listed on the website www.ecohaus.cz/pages/podzimnisoutez.  

5.2 There is no legal claim to the prize and it cannot be enforced through legal means.  

5.3 Contestants who did not win will not be informed of this fact.  

5.4 The organizer will contact the winner via email or phone to arrange the method of prize delivery.  

5.5 If the organizer fails to contact the winner and agree on the method of prize delivery within 5 calendar days from the announcement of the results, the prize will be forfeited to the organizer.  

5.6 The prize cannot be:  

• exchanged for cash,  
• transferred to another person,  
• requested as a different prize than the one specified by the organizer of the contest.  

5.7 The organizer reserves the right not to select any winner if no contestant meeting the contest rules has entered. In such a case, the prize will be forfeited to the organizer.  

5.8 The organizer is not responsible for defects in the prizes or for damage or loss of prizes during postal transport.

6. Rights and obligations of the Organizer

6.1 The organizer of the competition reserves the right to interrupt, shorten, extend, terminate, or unilaterally change or supplement the rules of the competition at any time, even without stating a reason. Changes take effect immediately upon the publication of the new wording of the rules on the Organizer's website https://ecohaus.cz/.

6.2 The organizer is not responsible for an incorrect address provided by the winner. Furthermore, they are not responsible for other reasons that prevent the winner from receiving the prize, unless these reasons arose solely from their side.

6.3 In case the Organizer has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair behavior by the contestant or any other person who helped or could have helped the contestant win, the contestant will be disqualified or blocked. This also applies if there is any other behavior by the contestant or the person who helped them that is contrary to the competition rules or good morals.

7. Personal data

7.1 The personal data of contestants is processed by the Organizer of the competition, who is their administrator. This data will also be shared with delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of prizes.  

7.2 By participating in the competition, the contestant gives the Organizer voluntary consent to process their personal data, including purchase information such as name, surname, email, phone number, and address.This information is necessary for entering the competition, contacting the winners, and handing over the prize.  

7.3 If the participant does not give consent, they cannot be entered into the competition. This consent can be revoked by the participant at any time, which will result in their exclusion from the competition and any potential prize handover.  

7.4 The organizer processes personal data for the time necessary to carry out the competition, during its duration and for 3 months after its end. In the case of winners, the data is kept for a maximum of 1 year after the competition ends due to compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax requirements.  

7.5 Contestants have the right in connection with the processing of personal data to:  

• request information from the Organizer about the processed personal data,  
• request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,  
• request a restriction on processing,  
• request a copy of the processed personal data,  
• request the deletion of personal data,  
• exercise the right to data portability,  
• be informed about a breach of personal data security,  
• object to the processing of personal data,  
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court if they believe that the Organizer is not handling their data in accordance with the law.

8. Final provisions

8.1 These rules are governed by the legal regulations in force in the territory of the Czech Republic.  

8.2 These rules come into effect on October 1, 2024.  

8.3 The organizer is not responsible for any damages arising in connection with participation in the competition or winnings.  

8.4 Participants in the competition agree to comply with these rules and act in accordance with them.  

8.5 The organizer is not liable for any issues related to the use of the website www.ecohaus.cz.
