Your subscription automatically renews based on the interval you choose. We will deliver the products to the address or pickup point you selected. For example, if you start with a monthly subscription, we will automatically charge your credit card every month that you provided when creating the subscription.
You don’t have to worry about repeat orders – we’ll take care of everything for you. Before each regular order, we will send you an email confirmation of payment, shipping information, and details about delivery to your address or pickup at the location.
If the subscription was paid with a Gift Card, the system will start charging the payment only after the credit has been exhausted. If the card's credit does not cover the entire order amount, we will only charge the difference between the credit and the order price.
Subscriptions can only be paid by card (or gift card), as card payment allows for automatic and secure recurring payments without interruption of service. This way, you don't have to worry about your order not arriving on time – everything happens automatically and smoothly.
Can I change the scent or cancel the subscription?

I ordered, besides wildflower, several samples of Lavender, Cotton Magic, and the limited edition Cozy Holidays. The package smelled from quite a distance, and I couldn't get rid of the scent at home even by closing it in the closet; it's just everywhere. I still haven't figured out which one is so intense because when I smell them separately, it's not that strong. The washed laundry filled the apartment with fragrance, but after drying, the scent disappeared. I have to say it doesn't smell at all. We'll see. So far, I haven't found any shortcomings in the washing. It washes just like with regular detergents.
I think it washes amazingly on the first try - shoes including soles came out great, they weren't that clean with laundry detergent... I think it's a good choice..

After the sheets arrived, I had to try them right away. The laundry is nicely washed and smells wonderful. It still smells good after drying in the dryer. I did a sock test and I think it turned out very well.
