Competition rules for the voucher with Propereme it!

(further referred to as "Rules")

These are the rules for the consumer competition of the online store www.ecohaus.cz

1. Basic provisions

1.1 The organizer of the competition is:

(hereinafter referred to as "Organizer")

1.2 The subject of these Rules is the complete regulation of the legal relationship between the participant and the Organizer.

1.3 A shortened version of these rules may be published in promotional or other materials related to the competition, but the full version of the Rules always applies.

2. Duration and Venue of the Competition

2.1 The competition lasts from February 1st until further notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration of the Competition").

2.2 The competition is not a game of chance according to Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling.

2.3 The competition takes place on the social networks of the project Propereme to.

3. Conditions for Participation in the Competition

3.1 The Organizer will include anyone who comments on a post on the social networks @Propereme_to during the Duration of the Competition.

3.2 A participant can be a natural person who:

is over 18 years old at the time of participation in the competition,
has a delivery address in the territory of the Czech Republic,
meets the established rules of the competition.

3.3 Employees of the Organizer and persons close to them according to § 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, are excluded from the competition.If the winner is a person employed by the Organizer or a close relative, the prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited to the Organizer.

3.4 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants:

who the Organizer has found, or has reasonable suspicion, to be violating the rules, or
do not meet the conditions for participation in the competition, or
during the duration of the competition or after its conclusion cease to meet the rules for participation in the competition.

3.5 Participation in the competition cannot be enforced through legal means.

3.6 By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the rules and conditions of the competition.

4. Competition mechanics and prizes

4.1 The most interesting comment wins, which will be selected from the comments made in the previous month on the episodes published in that month. We select one prize for each month.The winner will always be announced within 5 days in the upcoming month on the website ecohaus.cz/pages/soutez-propereme-to. We select from the comments that were posted throughout the entire previous month, related to the episodes aired in the previous month.

4.2 The organizer reserves the right to change the prizes.

4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value.

4.4. If the winner declines the prize, a new selection will take place.

4.5. If the winner does not respond within 15 days of the announcement or email notification, Ecohaus reserves the right to a replacement selection.

4.6. Participants in the competition consent to the announcement of their first and last name for the purpose of announcing the winners.

4.7. The prize is: A voucher for 1000 CZK for shopping at www.ecohaus.cz

4.8 The presence of a notary is not required.The selection will take place at the Organizer's headquarters in the presence of at least two people.

4.6 Each participant can enter the competition multiple times.

4.7. Contestants agree to the publication of their comments and names in further promotional videos or marketing activities.

5. Prizes

5.1 Prizes are listed on the website ecohaus.cz/pages/soutez-propereme-to.

5.2 There is no legal claim to the prize and it cannot be enforced through legal means.

5.3 Contestants who did not win will not be informed of this fact.

5.4 The Organizer will contact the winner via the social network where the comment was published on ecohaus.cz/pages/soutez-propereme-to.

5.5 The prize cannot be:

exchanged for cash,
transferred to another person,
requested as a different prize than the one determined by the Organizer of the competition.

5.6 The Organizer reserves the right not to select any winner if no participant meeting the competition rules enters the contest. In such a case, the prize is forfeited to the Organizer.

5.7 The Organizer is not responsible for defects in the prizes or for damage or loss of prizes during postal transport.

6. Rights and obligations of the Organizer

6.1 The Organizer of the competition reserves the right to interrupt, shorten, extend, terminate, or unilaterally change or supplement the rules of the competition at any time, even without stating a reason. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the new wording of the rules on the Organizer's website www.ecohaus.cz/pages/soutez-propereme-to.

6.2 The organizer is not responsible for the incorrect address provided by the winner. They are also not liable for any other reasons that prevent the winner from receiving the prize, as long as these reasons did not arise solely from their side.

6.3 In the event that the organizer has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct by the contestant or any other person who assisted or could have assisted the contestant in winning, the contestant will be disqualified or blocked. This also applies in cases of any other actions by the contestant or the person who helped them that are contrary to the competition rules or good morals.

7. Personal data

7.1 The personal data of contestants is processed by the competition organizer, who is their administrator. This data will also be shared with delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of prizes.

7.2 By participating in the competition, the participant gives the Organizer voluntary consent to process their personal data, including purchase information such as name, surname, email, phone number, and address. This data is necessary for entering the competition, contacting the winner, and carrying out the prize handover.

7.3 If the participant does not give consent, they cannot be included in the competition. This consent can be revoked by the participant at any time, which will exclude them from the competition and any potential prize handover.

7.4 The Organizer processes personal data for the time necessary to carry out the competition, during its duration and for 3 months after its conclusion. In the case of winners, the data is kept for a maximum of 1 year after the competition ends due to compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax requirements.

7.5 Contestants have the right in connection with the processing of personal data to:

request information from the Organizer about the processed personal data,
request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
request a restriction on processing,
request a copy of the processed personal data,
request the deletion of personal data,
exercise the right to data portability,
be informed about a breach of personal data security,
object to the processing of personal data,
file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or contact a court if they believe that the Organizer is not handling their data in accordance with the law.

8. Final provisions

8.1 These rules are governed by the legal regulations in force in the territory of the Czech Republic.

8.2 These rules come into effect on January 1, 2025.

8.3 The organizer is not responsible for any damages arising in connection with participation in the competition or winnings.

8.4 Participants in the competition agree to comply with these rules and act in accordance with them.

8.5 The organizer is not liable for any issues related to the use of the website www.ecohaus.cz.
