Challenge Rules: 🏆 April Challenge for our B2B partners

Challenge Rules

  • Shop as a wholesale partner on the e-shop www.ecohaus.cz between 1.4. and 30.4. 2025

  • The challenge will be won by the one who has the highest cumulative order value.

  • Only paid, shipped, and non-returned or non-claimed orders will be counted towards the total. No later than 6.5.In 2025, we will select and announce the winner of the challenge from the previous month.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value.

  • We reserve the right to change the prizes.

  • If the winner declines the prize, a new selection will take place.

  • If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the announcement of the challenge or the sending of the email, the organizer EcoHaus reserves the right to conduct a replacement draw.

  • Participants in the challenge consent to the announcement of their name and surname for the purpose of announcing the winners.

These are the rules for the challenge of the online store www.ecohaus.cz.

1. Basic provisions

1.1 The organizer of the challenge is:

(hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”)

1.2 The subject of these Rules is the complete regulation of the legal relationship between the Contestant and the Organizer.

1.3 A shortened version of these rules may be published in promotional or other materials related to the challenge, but the full version of the Rules always applies.

2. Duration and location of the challenge

2.1 The challenge lasts from April 1.until 30.4.2024. 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration of the Challenge").

2.2 The challenge is not a game of chance according to Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on gambling.

2.3. The challenge takes place on the Website.

3. Conditions for participation in the challenge

3.1 The Organizer will include every wholesale partner on the e-shop www.ecohaus.cz during the period between 1.4. and 30.4. 2025.

3.2 A participant can be a natural or legal person who:

  1. is over 18 years old at the time of participation in the challenge,

  2. has a delivery address in the territory of the Czech Republic,

  3. meets the established rules of the challenge.

3.3 Employees of the Organizer and persons close to them according to § 22 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, are excluded from the challenge.If the winner is a person employed by the Organizer or a close person to them, the prize will not be awarded and will be forfeited to the Organizer.

3.4 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the challenge any participant:

  1. whom the Organizer has found, or has reasonable suspicion, to be violating the rules, or

  2. who does not meet the conditions for participation in the challenge, or

  3. who, during the duration of the challenge or after its conclusion, no longer meets the rules for participation in the challenge (especially if they withdraw from the concluded purchase contract).

3.5 Participation in the challenge cannot be enforced through legal means.

3.6 By participating in the challenge, the participant expresses their consent to the rules and conditions of the challenge.


4. Challenge mechanics and prizes

4.1 The challenge will be won by the one who has the highest cumulative order value during the duration of the challenge. The sum includes created, paid, shipped, and non-returned or non-claimed orders.

4.2 The organizer reserves the right to change the prizes.

4.3. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value.

4.4. If the winner refuses the prize, a new selection will take place.

4.5. If the winner does not respond within 15 days of the announcement of the challenge or the sending of the email, the Ecohaus organizer reserves the right to a replacement drawing.

4.6. Participants in the challenge consent to the announcement of their name and surname for the purpose of announcing the winners


4.7. The prizes are:

  • A gift voucher for Ecohaus products worth 2,000 CZK.

4.8 The presence of a notary during the selection of the winner is not required. The selection will take place at the Organizer's headquarters in the presence of at least two persons.

4.9. If the winner refuses the prize, a new selection will take place.

4.10. No legal claim to the prize arises, and it cannot be enforced through legal means.

4.11. Those who did not win will not be informed of this fact.

4.12. The Organizer will contact the winner via email or phone to arrange the method of prize delivery.

4.13 If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner and agree on the method of prize delivery within 5 calendar days from the announcement of the results, the prize will be forfeited to the Organizer.

4.14 The prize cannot be:

  • exchanged for cash,

  • transferred to another person,

  • requested as a different prize than the one specified by the Organizer of the challenge.

4.15. The Organizer is not responsible for defects in the prizes or for damage or loss of prizes during postal transport.

5. Rights and obligations of the Organizer

5.1 The Organizer of the challenge reserves the right to interrupt, shorten, extend, terminate, or unilaterally change or supplement the rules of the challenge at any time, even without stating a reason. Changes take effect at the moment of publication of the new wording of the rules on the Organizer's website www.ecohaus.cz.

5.2 The Organizer is not responsible for an incorrect address provided by the winner.Furthermore, it is not responsible for other reasons that prevent the winner from receiving the prize, if these reasons did not arise exclusively from their side.

5.3 In the event that the Organizer has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair conduct by the contestant or another person who assisted or could have assisted the contestant in winning, the contestant will be disqualified or blocked. This also applies in the case of any other conduct by the contestant or the person who assisted them that is contrary to the rules of the challenge or good morals.

6. Personal Data

6.1 The personal data of contestants is processed by the Organizer of the challenge, who is their administrator. This data will also be passed on to delivery service providers to ensure the delivery of prizes.

6.2 By participating in the challenge, the contestant gives the Organizer voluntary consent to process their personal data, including purchase information such as name, surname, email, phone number, and address.This information is necessary for inclusion in the challenge, contacting the winner, and carrying out the prize handover.

6.3 If the participant does not give consent, they cannot be included in the challenge. This consent can be revoked by the participant at any time, which will exclude them from the challenge and any potential prize handover.

6.4 The organizer processes personal data for the duration necessary to carry out the challenge, during its duration and for 3 months after its conclusion. In the case of winners, the data is kept for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the challenge due to the fulfillment of legal obligations, such as accounting and tax obligations.

6.5 The contestant has the right in connection with the processing of personal data to:

  • request information from the Organizer about the processed personal data,

  • request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,

  • request restriction of processing,

  • request a copy of the processed personal data,

  • request the deletion of personal data,

  • exercise the right to data portability,

  • be informed about a breach of personal data security,

  • object to the processing of personal data,

  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or contact the court if he believes that the Organizer is not handling his data in accordance with legal regulations.

7. Final provisions

7.1 These rules are governed by the legal regulations in force in the territory of the Czech Republic.

7.2 These rules come into effect on April 1, 2025.

7.3 The organizer is not responsible for any damages arising in connection with participation in the challenge or prizes.

7.4 Participants in the challenge agree to comply with these rules and act in accordance with them.

7.5 The organizer is not liable for any issues related to the use of the website www.ecohaus.cz.
